Neon Brights: New Look OOTD

Hello lovelies,

Today my OOTD is based on one of my favourite trends which is ‘Neon Brights’. Whilst the pastel trends are filling many wardrobes (including my own), the brighter colours are still very much central for Spring. I love the collections that New Look produce; I check the ‘New In’ section pretty much everyday just in case I want to snap up anything. Today my outfit is pretty much 99 percent New Look, and I love it!

I am loving distressed fabrics; I have seen such an increase in ‘battered’ and ripped jeans, but I couldn’t resist this jumper. I also can’t let a nice pair of wedges slip, especially when they have a reduction. New Look usually have great offers on shoes even when the sale isn’t on and these are the comfiest pair of heels I own. When you’re walking in them it doesn’t even feel like you have heels on, that’s the kind of shoe I love!

OOTD:

Jumper: NEW LOOK Neon Orange Ladder Back Tape Knit Jumper £19.99

Jeans: NEW LOOK Petite Blue Jersey Skinny Jeans £22.99

Wedges: NEW LOOK Navy Suedette T-Bar Cork Wedges £19.99

The New Look Petite Range is so impressive; I would particularly recommend the jeans are the fit is just impeccable. I also would suggest investing in the ladder back jumper, you can get it in something as simple as a black or a white and you are set up all year round. The wedges are also to die for, in terms of giving height and also accommodating comfort which is a real rarity in most footwear for me.

Do you like the ‘neon’ trend?
